Does multi-network connectivity guarantee uninterrupted service?
No. Multi-network access can improve resilience by giving the device access to more than one available partner network, but coverage, hardware, antenna position, power and local conditions still affect performance.
Can we keep spare SIMs and activate them only when needed?
Yes. For suitable business and installer accounts, unactivated SIMs can be held for upcoming deployments and activated when the device is ready to go live.
Can data be pooled across multiple devices?
Pooled-data options are available for qualifying business deployments. Suitability depends on the number of SIMs, expected usage and the risk of one device consuming a disproportionate share.
Do you provide the tracking platform or hardware?
SimFalcon primarily supplies managed SIM connectivity. Where required, we can discuss the connectivity needs of your existing tracker, router, telematics platform or device estate.
