How quickly will my SIM arrive?
We post your SIM, normally within 1–3 working days.
How am I billed?
Plans are priced per month and billed yearly by Direct Debit. Published prices exclude VAT (23%).
What happens when my plan renews?
Your plan renews each year. We email you at least 30 days before each renewal, and you can cancel before it. See our terms.
Can a gate or intercom have a local number?
Yes. Gate and intercom plans can include a local Irish number, separate from the SIM's own mobile number.
Do you supply businesses and installers?
Yes. Volume pricing from 5 SIMs, pooled data and private APN options. Ask for business pricing.
