Do plans need PAYG top-ups?
No. Standard plans are billed annually, while qualifying business-volume accounts may have monthly billing options. This avoids PAYG credit expiry and forgotten top-ups.
Do you offer volume pricing for fleets?
Yes. Volume pricing is available for fleets and businesses: 1–4 list price, 5–24 10% off, 25–99 15% off, 100–499 20% off, and 500+ by commercial contract.
Will the SIM work everywhere my vehicles go?
Managed multi-network IoT connectivity is standard. Network availability depends on your device and local coverage.
Do you provide private APN or fixed IP options?
Private APN, managed routing and fixed remote access options may be available depending on the device, plan and use case. SimFalcon can advise based on the installation requirements.
Can I use SimFalcon for gate, alarm and CCTV SIMs too?
